What is a Template?

A Template is a configuration object that determines:

Which workflow to run (ID checks, biometrics, AML screening, registry lookups, etc.)
Which documents users must provide (by country, risk level, or entity type)
How the UI looks, including branding, color, and SDK theme
Where results are delivered, through event callbacks and webhook URLs
Field requirements, validation rules, and constraints
Manual review routing and risk scoring thresholds
Custom warning code decisions to align with your compliance policies
