Overview
AiPrise verifies Croatian businesses against the Court Register (Sudski registar). A business verification returns the company profile, officers, shareholders, and documents from the register, including the UBO register extract.

Send the OIB or the court register number (MBS) as business_entity_id, with country_code set to HR.

Statuses and legal forms
Every result carries the register's own status in registration_info.status and an AiPrise status in registration_info.normalised_status. The normalised status is one of Active, Suspended, Dormant, Dissolved / Struck Off, In Liquidation / Insolvency or Unknown.

Legal forms come back in Croatian in entity_type, for example društvo s ograničenom odgovornošću (d.o.o.) and dioničko društvo (d.d.).
Quirks and gotchas

| Two company numbers | Croatian companies have an 11-digit OIB and a 9-digit MBS. Either works in business_entity_id. |
| UBOs as a document | UBOs come back as the UBO register extract, not as people in the response. Read the document for the owners. |
| Board roles are not normalised | Management and supervisory board titles (for example Member of the Management Board) can come back with the normalised role UNKNOWN. Read the role name. |
Limits
- Financial statements come back only when the company has filed them.
- Data comes from a small number of verifications so far.
