Overview
AiPrise verifies Lithuanian businesses against the Register of Legal Entities (Juridinių asmenų registras) of the State Enterprise Centre of Registers. A business verification returns the company profile, the register extract and the latest annual accounts.

Statuses and legal forms
Every result carries the register's own status in registration_info.status and an AiPrise status in registration_info.normalised_status. The normalised status is one of Active, Suspended, Dormant, Dissolved / Struck Off, In Liquidation / Insolvency or Unknown.

Legal forms usually come back in English in entity_type, for example Private Limited Liability Company (UAB) and Small Partnership (MB).
Quirks and gotchas
