These are typical times from production, not a service-level commitment: set timeouts well above them, or use callbacks.

Statuses and legal forms
Every result carries the register's own status in registration_info.status and an AiPrise status in registration_info.normalised_status. The normalised status is one of Active, Suspended, Dormant, Dissolved / Struck Off, In Liquidation / Insolvency or Unknown.
| Register status | Normalised status |
|---|---|
| active | Active |
| liquidation | In Liquidation / Insolvency |
| terminated | Dissolved / Struck Off |
Legal forms come back in entity_type in English or Hebrew, for example Ltd. or בע"מ.
Quirks and gotchas
Country-specific behaviour to know before you integrate.
| Quirk | Details |
|---|---|
| Legal form in two scripts | The same legal form can come back as Ltd. or בע"מ. Treat them as equal. |
| Filings, not files | The filing history lists register events (for example Annual report, Company statute, Stock transfer). It tells you what was filed and when, not the filed document itself. |
| No officers or owners from the register | The register data has no directors, shareholders or UBOs. Collect them in your onboarding flow and verify each person with KYC. |
Limits
- Directors, shareholders and UBOs are not returned.
- The registered address is not returned in the register data.
- The filing history is not available for every company.
