Statuses and legal forms

Every result carries the register's own status in registration_info.status and an AiPrise status in registration_info.normalised_status. The normalised status is one of Active, Suspended, Dormant, Dissolved / Struck Off, In Liquidation / Insolvency or Unknown.

Legal forms come back as the register writes them in entity_type, for example ANÓNIMA, SOCIEDAD POR ACCIONES SIMPLIFICADA and RESPONSABILIDAD LIMITADA.

Quirks and gotchas

Quirk	Details
Roles in English and Spanish	Legal representatives and shareholders come back as `Legal Representative` and `Shareholder`; other officers keep the register's Spanish title, for example `PRESIDENTE` and `GERENTE GENERAL`.
Shares, not percentages	Shareholders come with their number of shares, not an ownership percentage.

Limits

Beneficial owners and register documents are not available.
