QuirkDetails
Sparse register dataIn production, the register data held the legal form for about 2 in 10 companies. Plan your review around the legal name and registration number.
No officers or owners from the registerThe register data has no directors, shareholders or UBOs. Collect them in your onboarding flow and verify each person with KYC.
Companies and business namesAbout 4 in 10 Ghanaian results are business names (BN… numbers), the rest are companies (CS…). Business names are sole traders or partnerships.
