Overview
AiPrise verifies Russian businesses against the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (EGRUL) and of individual entrepreneurs (EGRIP). A business verification returns the company profile and, for some companies, officers and owners.

Statuses and legal forms
Every result carries the register's own status in registration_info.status and an AiPrise status in registration_info.normalised_status. The normalised status is one of Active, Suspended, Dormant, Dissolved / Struck Off, In Liquidation / Insolvency or Unknown.

Legal forms come back in Russian in entity_type, for example Общество с ограниченной ответственностью (ООО) and Индивидуальный предприниматель (ИП).
Quirks and gotchas

Limits
- Shareholders and UBOs are not returned.
- Data comes from a small number of verifications so far.
