Overview
AiPrise verifies Latvian businesses against the Register of Enterprises (Uzņēmumu reģistrs). A business verification returns the company profile, board members, shareholders, ultimate beneficial owners (UBOs) and documents filed with the register.

Statuses and legal forms
Every result carries the register's own status in registration_info.status and an AiPrise status in registration_info.normalised_status. The normalised status is one of Active, Suspended, Dormant, Dissolved / Struck Off, In Liquidation / Insolvency or Unknown.

Legal forms come back in Latvian in entity_type, for example Sabiedrība ar ierobežotu atbildību (SIA) and Akciju sabiedrība (AS).
Quirks and gotchas

Limits
- Annual reports come back only when filed.
