Identifiers

Send the enterprise code as business_entity_id, with country_code set to VN.

Statuses and legal forms

Every result carries the register's own status in registration_info.status and an AiPrise status in registration_info.normalised_status. The normalised status is one of Active, Suspended, Dormant, Dissolved / Struck Off, In Liquidation / Insolvency or Unknown.

Every Vietnamese result in production had the status Active. entity_type is usually Corporate, so it does not tell you the legal form.

Quirks and gotchas

Country-specific behaviour to know before you integrate.

Quirk	Details
Leading zero	If you send a 9-digit code, a leading `0` is added to make the 10-digit enterprise code.
Branches have their own code	A branch is the enterprise code plus `-NNN`. Send the branch code to verify a branch, or the 10-digit code for the head office.
No legal form	`entity_type` is `Corporate` for almost every result. Read the legal name for the form.
Chairmen of member boards	`Chairman of the Board` normalises to `DIRECTOR`, but `Chairman of Member Board` comes back as `UNKNOWN`.

Limits

UBOs and register documents are not returned.
