Overview
AiPrise verifies Serbian businesses against the Serbian Business Registers Agency (APR). A business verification returns the company profile, directors, shareholders and documents from the APR registers, including the UBO register (CESV) extract.

Send the 8-digit registration number (matični broj) as business_entity_id, with country_code set to RS.

Statuses and legal forms
Every result carries the register's own status in registration_info.status and an AiPrise status in registration_info.normalised_status. The normalised status is one of Active, Suspended, Dormant, Dissolved / Struck Off, In Liquidation / Insolvency or Unknown.

Legal forms come back in Serbian Cyrillic in entity_type, for example Друштво са ограниченом одговорношћу and Предузетник.
Quirks and gotchas
Country-specific behaviour to know before you integrate.

| Slow | A verification typically takes 2 to 3 minutes and can take over 5. Use callbacks. |
| Half are entrepreneurs | About half of the businesses are entrepreneurs (Предузетник). They have no shareholders. |
| Roles in Cyrillic | Roles such as Директор and Предузетник come back with the normalised role UNKNOWN. Read the role name. |
| UBOs as a document | UBOs come back as the CESV extract, not as people in the response. |
