Statuses and legal forms

Every result carries the register's own status in registration_info.status and an AiPrise status in registration_info.normalised_status. The normalised status is one of Active, Suspended, Dormant, Dissolved / Struck Off, In Liquidation / Insolvency or Unknown.

Quirks and gotchas

Quirk	Details
Status is often missing	About 8 in 10 results have no register status, so `normalised_status` is `Unknown`. Read it as "not reported", not as inactive.
Sparse register data	In production, the register data held the registration date for fewer than 1 in 10 companies. Plan your review around the legal name and registration number.
No officers or owners from the register	The register data has no directors, shareholders or UBOs. Collect them in your onboarding flow and verify each person with KYC.
RCCM number format	RCCM numbers carry the country, the city registry, the year and a sequence, for example `MA.BKO.2019.B.1234`. Send the number as written on the RCCM certificate, separators included.

Limits

Directors, shareholders and UBOs are not returned for this country.
Register documents are not available.
