Overview
AiPrise verifies Czech businesses against the Commercial Register (Obchodní rejstřík) and the Collection of Deeds (Sbírka listin). A business verification returns the company profile, executives, and the documents filed with the register, including the UBO register extract.

Send the IČO as business_entity_id, with country_code set to CZ.

Statuses and legal forms
Every result carries the register's own status in registration_info.status and an AiPrise status in registration_info.normalised_status. The normalised status is one of Active, Suspended, Dormant, Dissolved / Struck Off, In Liquidation / Insolvency or Unknown.

Legal forms come back in Czech in entity_type, for example Společnost s ručením omezeným (s.r.o.) and Akciová společnost (a.s.).
Quirks and gotchas
Country-specific behaviour to know before you integrate.

| Executives are not normalised | The executive of an s.r.o. comes back with the role name Jednatel and the normalised role UNKNOWN. Read the role name. |
| No shareholders | Shareholders are not returned. Use the register extract or articles of association if you need them. |
| UBOs as a document | UBOs come back as the UBO register extract, not as people in the response. |
| Sole traders | Sole traders with a trade licence are covered and come back with the owner as Entrepreneur (trade licence holder). |
Limits
- Shareholders are not returned.
- Articles of association and financial statements come back only when filed in the Collection of Deeds.
