Overview

AiPrise verifies Slovenian businesses against the AJPES Business Register (ePRS) and the Register of Beneficial Owners. A business verification returns the company profile, directors, shareholders, ultimate beneficial owners (UBOs) and register documents.

Identifiers

Send the registration number (matična številka) as business_entity_id, with country_code set to SI.

Statuses and legal forms

Every result carries the register's own status in registration_info.status and an AiPrise status in registration_info.normalised_status. The normalised status is one of Active, Suspended, Dormant, Dissolved / Struck Off, In Liquidation / Insolvency or Unknown.

Quirks and gotchas

Country-specific behaviour to know before you integrate.

Quirk	Details
Half are sole proprietors	About half of the businesses are sole proprietors (`s.p.`). They have no shareholders or UBOs.
Procurators are not normalised	Procurators come back with the role name `Procurator` and the normalised role `UNKNOWN`.
Empty status	About 1 in 10 results come back without a register status, so `normalised_status` is `Unknown`.

Limits

UBOs come back only for companies that filed them.
Data comes from a small number of verifications so far.
