Build Your Own Template

You can now build your own templates - select the checks you want to include in the template and the closest possible workflows to be able to configure templates on the fly. You can choose new modules you would want to add and create a new template post which you can edit the warning codes, change the theme, email configuration and alerts for each template. Unarchive Templates

There’s a new Archived section on the Template Listing page. You can see all the Archived Templates and then bring it back with an “Unarchive” button. Switch between both active and archived templates with a single click and make template management seamless.

Choose rules from Suggested Risk Library

Start Risk Scoring from predefined rules we commonly see across multiple countries and pick rules from the library to edit directly. Import any risk rule and adjust scores to go live in a few clicks.

One click request for document resubmission

Collecting documents multiple times is a hassle for each business, now you can request resubmission directly from any business profile and select one or more documents.

Resend Team Invites

You can see the last login time of each member on the dashboard from the Teams page and if you have invited a new member to the dashboard, their login date will see “Never” until they accept the invite or directly log on to the dashboard. Now, for all pending members who have never logged in, you can resend invites to remind them about the invite to login to the dashboard

Callback Updates

When a case is assigned to a reviewer and a queue via ticket management, we now fire an API alert (via callback on TICKET_REVIEWER_UPDATE and TICKET_REVIEW_QUEUE_UPDATE respectively)
We now send updates on VERIFICATION_SESSION_SUBMITTED to the callback URL and the events callback URL both for business and user cases!
