You can configure which documents or questions to request, then deliver the link directly or email it to the user — without creating a new full verification session.
• Request Document Resubmission: From any business or user profile in Dashboard v2, you can now select specific documents for resubmission and send a targeted request via link or email, streamlining the remediation workflow for incomplete or outdated files.
• US Business Search and Lookup API: New API endpoints let you search for US companies by name and retrieve detailed registry information by company number and jurisdiction, covering all major US states.

🚀 Improvements

• Business Info Lookup: Richer Data Display in Dashboard v2: Identity lookup results in Dashboard v2 now correctly render complex nested data fields — such as liens and litigation history — in a structured view rather than collapsed or missing.
• Proof of Address: Issue and Expiry Date Extraction: Document Insights now extracts and returns both issue dates and expiry dates from proof of address documents.

🐛 Bug Fixes

• Duplicate Related Persons: Fewer False Positives: The algorithm for detecting potential duplicate related persons in business profiles has been tuned to reduce false matches between people with similar-but-distinct names.
• Business Verification Sessions Missing After Retry: Retried business verification sessions now remain visible in the business profile's verification sessions list. Previously, retrying a session caused it to disappear from the profile view.
• Singapore Business Registry Parsing Fixed: Singapore business lookups no longer fail to parse registry responses, restoring complete verification data for Singapore entities.
• Malaysia Business Verification Fixed: Malaysian business lookups now return correct and consistent data — corporate entities are properly classified as related companies, and a configuration inconsistency that could cause incomplete results has been resolved.
• KYB SDK Emails Use Customer Branding: Emails sent to end users through the KYB SDK now correctly display the customer's configured logo, rather than defaulting to AiPrise branding.
• Canada Business Registration Number Validation Fixed: Canadian business registration numbers are no longer incorrectly rejected by the tax ID format validator.
• Questionnaire Submission Validation Fixed: Questionnaire submissions that include question groups with empty title values (such as certain SSN field configurations) now pass server-side validation correctly. Previously, these submissions were incorrectly rejected.
• Admin Billing Card Error Fixed: Admin accounts can now add billing payment methods without encountering a false "Billing not enabled" error.
• UBO KYC: Incorrect "Face Previously Onboarded" Warning Fixed: UBO KYC sessions no longer incorrectly trigger the "Face previously onboarded" risk warning during verification flows.
