Changelog — Feb 7 – Feb 14, 2026

This week we expanded verification coverage to Norway, Romania, and New Zealand, and shipped a new risk rule export/import feature so you can manage scoring configurations across templates. We also improved SDK documentation, event integrations, and resolved several customer-reported bugs.

✨ New Features

  • Risk Rule Export & Import: You can now export all risk rules and rule collections from a template as a JSON file and import them into another template. A new JSON editor tab in the rule modal also lets you view and edit rule configurations directly.
  • eKYC Verification in Norway and Romania: You can now run identity verification for individuals in Norway (2+2) and Romania (1+1) through our expanded provider network.
  • New Zealand Business Verification Upgrade: New Zealand business lookups now return more consistent and detailed results, including improved extraction of directors, shareholders, and registration data.
  • Callback Trigger Tracking: Callback logs now show who triggered each callback, whether it was an automatic system event or a manual retry by a specific team member, making it easier to audit webhook activity.

🚀 Improvements

  • SDK Documentation Updated: The Web SDK documentation now includes the full list of configurable parameters, including default_language and other options, so you can customize the verification flow without guesswork.
  • Lithuania Registry Data Source Updated: The Lithuania business registry integration has been updated to use the newly reinstated official data source, ensuring accurate and up-to-date company information.
  • Okta SSO Setup Guide: The Okta SSO configuration page now includes a direct link to the setup guide for faster onboarding.
  • Event Integration for Verification Cases: Event tracking has been extended to cover user verification cases, business verification cases, and business profiles, improving visibility into verification lifecycle events.
  • Analytics Source Endpoint Breakdown: The analytics dashboard now shows a detailed breakdown of traffic sources previously grouped as "Other," giving you visibility into each specific endpoint.
  • Android and React Native SDK Permissions: The Android and React Native SDKs no longer request camera permissions at the SDK level, reducing unnecessary permission prompts for your end users.

🐛 Bug Fixes

  • Canada PDF Downloads: PDF document downloads for Canadian business registry reports now work reliably, with improved retry handling and correct HTTP methods.
  • Nigeria Business Verification Status: Entity status is now correctly displayed for Nigeria business verifications, and the normalized status no longer falsely shows as "Matched" when the underlying data indicates otherwise.
  • UK Business Owner Classification: Related entities from UK registry lookups are now correctly categorized as companies or persons, preventing corporate entities from appearing under "Related Persons."
  • KYB Save Progress Email Handling: The Web SDK "Save Progress" feature for KYB flows now correctly uses the associated_email parameter, so end users are no longer prompted to re-enter their email.
  • Spanish Translation Corrections: Incorrect Spanish translations in the Related Company module have been corrected with accurate, professional terminology.
  • Verification Document Display: Additional user documents uploaded during verification now render correctly in the dashboard, regardless of the response format returned by the provider.
  • AML Monitoring on Declined Cases: Verifications with missing input data no longer get stuck when AML monitoring is enabled. The platform now correctly distinguishes between cases declined for missing data versus actual AML findings.
