# Rate Limiting

Our sandbox APIs are rate limited to 1 request per second and 1000 requests per day.

Our production APIs are rate limited to 240 requests per minute. To increase this limit, please [contact us](mailto:info@aiprise.com).

[Assign Ticket Reviewer](https://docs.aiprise.com/reference/post_tickets-ticket-id-assign) has its own lower limit of 60 requests per minute per API key.

Any request over the limit will return a 429 Too Many Requests error.
